Here are three users comments from Amazon's feedback.
Just purchased an electric car and I just finished installing a 50 amp generator outlet for my Generator. So now power from my outlet box powers my charger to my car.
And this worked like a gem. Was able to hook up the travel trailer to our 50 amp plug that is there for the generator if we ever lose power. Now that plug serves a dial purpose because of that 50 amp female to female plug. Very hard to find. But these people sell them. Thanks

Florida, the land of contradictions. Our 50 amp connection is an IN for a larger generator. This allows us to make it an OUT for charging the car. Works perfectly, zero issues.
So they’re energizing the male contacts of the generator inlet on their house in order to charge their EV? And they must also be defeating the service panel generator lock-out device. Am I thinking about this right?
Here’s more online info. Make sure you wash your hands after touching it!

I would guess some brilliant 'marketing' person in some far away land thought it a good idea to cover every eventuality. And there are probably RV owner out there that agree.
Only use I see is if you have a 50 amp generator connection on house wired straight to a breaker, you could feed the RV. Most of these inlets feed a transfer switch, & this use would not work...
That’s correct. A generator inlet on your house would have some sort of lockout to prevent the generator and mains circuit breakers being on at the same time.
I’d “Guess” that you use it along with the suicide cord, so that the suicide cord is “safer”…
Actually, as is sometimes seen with instruction manuals, “Something got lost in the translation”. Someone sent a prepaid order for 10,000 of them to be produced in China, with a written description of the product, and forgot to upload any drawings. When he received them, he thought, “What the heck do I do now?”
My guess is that it's an adapter to feed your RV from your EV charging receptacle !?
Maybe use it WITH a suicide cord to gender-bender and convert plug format?
My genny input is male, but isn't live from grid...
