ATS Theory and Troubleshooting, New RVe Facebook Group, When Electrical Outlets Go Dead, Can a Floating Neutral Generator Shock You, Adding SoftStartRV to Parallel Generators
I did it, but wonder if somebody would diagram and evaluate how you include an extra ATS for Inverter/solar, and an EMS hardwired for the first two (genset & pedestal). It was 30amps for all (pedestal, genset, inverter). The "factory" ATS took input from genset & pedestal, fed through hard-wired EMS, that went into second Go Power! TS-30, which took input from EMS and Inverter.
My idea was you'd want EMS protection on both potentially poor genset or poor pedestal, but if poor power on both OR EMS fails, you'd always have solar/inverter (which typically would be well-managed output). I never got it fully tested before the motorhome was stolen, but I experienced no problems in the week I had it operational.
On paper, would you foresee any neutral/bonding issues?

I’ll have to think on this a bit. Give me a day or two…
