Voltage drop is dependent on current draw, so you need to either use a simple meter with a cube tap, or something like a "kill a watt" meter that sits between the extension cord and the appliance. Of course, in the case of an RV all of the outlets are at the end of the extension cord.
Here’s what I use to measure inline current and voltage with a modified 30/50-amp dogbone adapter. Note this is my Amazon affiliate link: https://amzn.to/3VusxAa
Is there a device to put inline at the end of the extension cord to measure voltage other than a multimeter?
Yes, here’s what I use for a quick voltage check: https://www.lowes.com/pd/Kobalt-Digital-30-250V-Test-Meter/1001799404
Do you use this with a triple tap? If you just stick it on the end of an extension cord, you would only be measuring the static voltage, correct?

This one will read up to 100 amps and 300 volts, and it includes a pass-through current transformer. https://amzn.to/3ZGVA6h
