You're welcome. Interestingly, I had to convince a number of design engineers that their advanced surge protectors couldn't detect or stop a hot-skin voltage caused by an RPBG.

And I remember the exact moment I had my epiphany on this wiring failure and building a demonstration of how it works.

Does an advanced surge protector like the Hughes or Progressive protect against this condition?

No, it does not.

None of the existing advanced surge protectors made by Hughes, Progressive or Southwire will detect or disconnect your RV from an RPBG miswired outlet.
