If no 50 amp pedestal is available, I will use a 30 amp to 50 amp adaptor to incorporate my Progressive EMS into the power cord. I understand by doing so the EMS will still offer its protection. Does this remain true in a 3 phase situation wherein the EMS does not see the 3rd phase?
Mike, FYI, If you do the calculations and vector analysis, you will get 208 Volts between the CenterTap and the "Wild Leg" of the Delta hook-up. You may want to consider adding that to your drawing for clarity....... Jim Knoch
I've been meaning to compliment you on your illustrations -- they are very clear and pack a lot of information into a small space.
Thanks very much!
I'd love to see a demo as well, that would be interesting.
Yes, I would appreciate that. Including whether or not the Southwire ATS would catch them.
Will the 50 amp Power Watchdog also protect us from the 3 phase issue? Thanks
Yes make that video! I think it would be really cool to see and the tools you use to prove it.

Yes it does. That’s something I could show in my 3-phase demonstration video…
Yes!

Yes, I would like to see your demonstration how EMS protects from high voltage
