KardiaMobile 6L Subscription costs...

It can be free, or $99 per year, or $299 per year depending on if you need an on-staff cardiologist to review your ECG. I have the free version which works great.

Last week I posted an article on the KardiaMobile 6L portable ECG. If you missed it the first time, read it HERE.

A number of you wanted to know details on their various subscription plan costs. So I asked AliveCor (the makers of the KardiMobile 6L) directly. Turns out it’s free, or can cost $99 or $299 per year depending on the level of support and if you need an on-staff cardiologist on teleconference to review your ECG.

I have the free version which works great since I can send the ECG to my doctor for evaluation and they may be able to bill Medicare directly for the consultation. But check with your cardiologist first…

While Kardia is not covered by insurance, a KardiaCare membership can be purchased with and is also reimbursable through FSA/HSA accounts.
 
To confirm, doctors may recommend our products, but no prescription is required. Kardia devices can be purchased and used over the counter. When using the device and the Kardia app, having a membership to KardiaCare is optional.

*Arrhythmia Determinations:

3 Determinations: Atrial Fibrillation, Bradycardia, and Tachycardia
6 Determinations: Atrial Fibrillation, Bradycardia, and Tachycardia, PLUS Sinus Rhythm with Wide QRS, Sinus Rhythm with PVCs,  and Sinus Rhythm with SVE.

If you have any kind of heart problems and go camping, the ability to take a 6-Lead ECG at a campsite and email it to your heart doctor could save your life. Please discuss this with your care provider and see if it makes sense for you.
