I've always used those battery straps for positioning the batteries (6 volters). But, the way my batteries fit on our trailer it's back-breaking work no matter what.
If you have an inverter, check the manual first. My Magnum inverter specifies the the positive be disconnected first to avoid it seeking ground through the data cables and potentially frying the remote panel, AGS module and anything else on those data paths. Turning the inverter off and disconnecting the data lines before any battery swap would be advisable.
Wear nitrile gloves.

Get a battery lifting strap that grabs the terminals. It will make life much easier if the batteries don’t have their own.

How about if you have Magum inverter? They say be sure to disconnect positive first.
