I have used 30 to 50 dogbone. Never had a problem. Problems with improperly wired Park boxes can complicate other configurations. Park neighbor had problem with 15/30 Y 50 when Park box had 20 and 30 on same leg.

I have one and it works if you plug both ends into separate 30 amp outlets.
The 15 amp plug has to be energized for the RV to recognize it
Yes, it will work with a pair of 30-amp outlets since they usually don’t have GFCI breakers.
