Just a small nitpick -- Yes, you CAN run LFP batts down to zero, but does anybody actually do that? It's like running your gas tank to empty/absolutely. A 10% lower limit is much more likely, for peace of mind and keeping the lights/fridge/heater on.
With lead batts, the 50% discharge limit can easily be exceeded (a bit) without serious hazard to the battery, and the coach stays operational. So I think a 90/50 comparison is more pragmatic.
(And yes, I'm still working through my first cup.)
Oh BTW... my little Keurig uses about 40-50WH for an 8-ounce cup. Roughly 1% of my battery pack, which for the two of us totals up to around 8% on the day. If we're tight for power, we switch over to propane-stove-heated water and a manual Keurig press.
Thanks Mike!!! for making learning fun! I am 1 year into owning a RV and found your channel while trying to learn how to manage the resources and keep my Bride happy.
1st lesson learned... Can't use the microwave while making COFFEE!!! What in the World!?!?
2nd lesson learned... Wake up before Bride... Make Coffee... Bride Happy!! All is right with the world ;-) Now I can use the Microwave!!! LOL
News you can use. I use a Jettle to heat water for instant or tea and a Aeropress. Have a pod machine also. I wanted enough solar panels and battery to run the microwave in the morning. Got more when I received my Starlink. The generator is for recharge if to cloudy and the rare time I use the air conditioner. Nespresso , hmmm
