RVelectricity Video Webcasts
I'll soon begin republishing a few dozen of my video webcasts for paid subscribers
Everyone,
Since I now have a pretty good private catalogue of Live Webcasts on various aspects of RV electricity, I’ve decided to republish one video every week for the next several months for my paid subscribers.
The Numbers…
This SubStack Newsletter currently has around 12,500 subscribers, with 250 paid supporters. I’ve already published 450 free newsletters since Nov 2022, and I’ll keep on writing a new one every day until I run out of ideas. At this rate I’ll hit the 1,000 newsletter mark by early 2025.
I also have a constant stream of RV rallies and shows that want me to present my RVelectricity seminars all around the country. However, most of these RV groups have zero budget, so they want me to fly or drive halfway across the country, rent a car, and pay for a hotel room myself. That means even a 2-day seminar on-site can easily cost more than $1,000 out of my own pocket. And that’s not even counting the days that I’m out on the road and not working in my FunkWorks Lab as a consultant. Yes, the FunkWorks Lab is a real thing!
Here’s one video example
In 2020 I created a 3-part Webcast series on RV Electricity Basics for FMCA. I’m republishing Part 1 here for all my readers, but the next two parts plus a few dozen more of my video webcasts will be republished once a week for paid subscribers only. Just click on the image below to watch the video.
My daily newsletters will always be free to everyone
Since I’m getting more popular in the RV community, I could be traveling to an RV show or Rally every week. However, I simply can’t afford to do all of them on my own nickel. I’m running out of nickels, so any monetary support I can get from my paid subscribers will help me provide more free content to everyone.
Thanks for your support!
If you’re aleady a paid subscribers you’ll automatically receive these extra training videos. If not, then please consider a $5/month or $50/year subscription. And I’ll always provide tons of free information in this daily newsletter to ALL subscribers, not just the paid members.
Let’s play safe out there… Mike
Does it make sense for you to offer a virtual seminar or just a video to those events who have no budget? This assumes that you have rules out charging for your seminars. You could also offer a paid Q&A session.
I am highly disturbed that these groups expect your in person expertise for free. They may not have a budget, but it seems to me they could each reach into their own pockets and come up with $20 or even $50 apiece. A small group might not cover all the expenses, but it would be something.
And yes I am a paid subscriber. You have been very much more than worth it. You have published 1 or more articles per day. The other Substack that I am paid publishes 1 article every 2 weeks or so.
