Mike, your point, about a 12V fridge not requiring propane, is moot for those of us who also heat, cook, and make hot water with propane. I have a fabulous Novakool 12V fridge, and its primary features are REALLY fast/good cooling and 50% more inside space than a propane Norcold it replaced. And BTW, it consumes about 40AH per day.
Even in the LONGEST tunnel youre only in them for a few minutes….even if you did it everyday it’s hardly a reason to get rid of a propane fridge. If and when my 20 yr old propane / 120vac fridge dies i plan to replace it with a 12vdc (retrofit) unit from JC Refrigerant (aka Amish Fridges). If someone is that concerned about loss of refrigeration in a tunnel they can always turn off the propane and run it off a generator or inverter! https://jc-refrigeration.com/

A correction to your Chart-
In Baltimore MD, the Francis Scott Key Bridge doesn't exist right now.
It was hit a few months ago by a container ship and fell into the river.
