Most RV's not have invertors. Most of them come on automatically when power is disconnected. Turning off breakers or unplugging an RV is in no way a sure fire way to cut off 120V. You also need to make sure any invertors are shut off.

I have spent a career working around high voltages. We always make sure that the voltage sources are disabled by TWO separate methods. Then we confirm with a grounding bar and/or reading the voltages directly with a meter. This may have saved my life on more than one occassion.
