One negative to power metering is that other facilities should be “pay per use”.
I use my own bathroom and laundry equipment so don’t need either of those facilities.
When I charged my C-Max, the monthly expense over what my rig used was only about $9 in FL.
My biggest gripe is lack of reliable internet (regardless of what the web page says!). I’m seriously considering switching to StarLink just to get a reliable signal.
