I currently have (2) small 12vdc powered portable units that use DC to run the freon pump, or Maybe refrigerant pump might be a better term. Is it term freon still acceptable?Both 20+ years old, can't remember the brand... Can you expand on 1 - if the larger units use the same general principle? 2 - can we expect the current full size units to be of the same quality and reliability?
