I started this daily SubStack newsletter last November with the promise of publishing one article per day. Looks like I’ve done pretty well since this is newsletter #369. Guess I sneaked in a few extra articles along the way.

Happy 1st Birthday to RVelectricity 🥳

While this daily SubStack newsletter is only 1 year old this week, in fact I’ve been writing for the RV industry since 2010 and the Pro-Sound industry since the mid ‘80s with many thousands of articles published in dozens of magazines. But this daily RVelectricity Newsletter is my pride and joy.

Well, in its first 12 months RVelectricity has been read in all 50 states and 31 countries with 10,000 views per day. And it now has 12,293 free subscribers plus 254 paid supporters. That’s simply amazing, so thank you one and all for your support!

Who supports it?

I get no money from paid ads or Amazon sales, and the 254 paid subscribers are enough to allow me to publish one article per day. However, most of my income is derived from the consulting work I do in my FunkWorks Lab. Yes, it’s a real place, and my test lab is located just outside of Funkstown, MD. It really does exist!

How you can help...

What I really want for a 1st birthday present is more subscribers, so please share this newsletter with all your RVing friends and ask them to subscribe. I would love to double the subscription base in 2024.

And, if possible, your financial support really helps, so please consider upgrading to a paid subscription. But if you can’t afford it, don’t worry that I’ll withhold any important technical information. I’m working hard to keep this newsletter 100% free and 100% accurate.
