Use a NCVT to check for a hot ground

There’s a variety of miswiring conditions that can create a hot-ground voltage on the pedestal and RV skin (such as the Reflected Hot-Skin Voltage). The easiest way to check for these conditions is by using a Non-Contact Voltage Tester (NCVT) on the pedestal and then your RV.
