I know you’re always talking about using digital meters, but I may be too old to learn a new trick. I don’t have the budget for one of those fancy EMS things, so is there an easy way to test a 30-amp outlet that doesn’t break the bank?

Yes, digital multimeters are great, but unless you use them all the time they can be a little intimidating.
